Is this a diet or meal plan?

No. Metabolic Foundations is not a diet, meal plan, or cleanse. You won’t be given rigid food rules, calorie targets, or “approved” food lists. This program focuses on understanding how your metabolism responds to stress, fuel, and lifestyle so you can make informed, sustainable choices.

Is this focused on weight loss?

Weight changes may happen, but weight loss is not the primary goal. The focus is on stabilizing and repairing metabolic function. When the metabolism is supported, the body can respond more appropriately—but specific outcomes are not promised.

How is this different from everything I’ve already tried?

Most approaches ask the body to change before it feels safe enough to respond. This program starts by stabilizing the nervous system and reducing metabolic stress, then builds understanding and resilience. It’s designed for bodies that feel stuck, inflamed, or exhausted.

Do I need to follow keto, fasting, or a low-carb approach?

No. This program does not require keto, fasting, or any specific diet style. These approaches may be discussed educationally, but nothing is mandatory. The focus is learning what supports your body—not forcing it into a framework.

How much time does this take each week?

Most participants spend about 20–30 minutes a few times per week engaging with the content. You’re encouraged to move at a pace that feels sustainable rather than trying to keep up.

What if I fall behind or need to go slower?

That’s expected—and supported. You’ll have extended access to the program, and there is no penalty for moving slowly. Progress here is measured by understanding and consistency, not speed.

Is this appropriate if I’m dealing with chronic stress, hormone issues, or health challenges?

Many participants come in with chronic stress, hormone imbalance, or metabolic dysfunction. This program is educational and supportive, but it does not replace medical care. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.

What kind of support is included?

All tiers include the full educational program. Additional guidance or support depends on the option you choose. No live participation is required to benefit from the program.

How do I know which tier is right for me?

Choose based on the level of support you want—not your motivation or ability. Self-Guided is ideal for independent learners. Higher tiers are for those who want added guidance or accountability.
