To My Lord & Savior,
Jesus Christ
Everything I am building here is ultimately dedicated to Him.
Nat's Wellness Journey may carry my name, my story, my research, and the things I am learning, but I cannot tell that story honestly without acknowledging the One who has carried me through it.
My faith in Jesus Christ is not simply one part of my life. It is at the center of who I am, how I understand my purpose, and why I feel called to do this work.
"I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me."
PHILIPPIANS 4:13
When I was sick and going through chemotherapy, I felt physically weak, uncertain about the future, and very aware of how little control we sometimes have over what happens to us. But there were also sacred moments - moments when I felt the Lord teaching me.
I began asking different questions. Not simply, "How do I get through this?" but "What am I supposed to learn from this? What does the Lord want me to do with what I am learning? How can my experience someday help someone else?"
I don't pretend to have every answer. I am still learning. But I believe the Lord can take even the hardest chapters of our lives and use them to refine us, teach us, and prepare us to serve others.

I believe true wellness is about more than food, exercise, supplements, hormones, or any other subject you'll find on this website. Those things matter but they are not the center.
Jesus Christ is.
My health does not determine my worth. My body does not need to become perfect for me to be worthy of God's love.
Instead, I am learning to see caring for my body as part of being a wise steward of the life God has given me. I want the strength to serve, the energy to fulfill my responsibilities, and to be present with the people I love.
"And what doth
the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?"
MICAH 6:8
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I believe that Jesus Christ will come again. That belief matters deeply to me.
When I think about preparing for His return, I naturally think about spiritual preparation - faith, repentance, prayer, scripture study, service, and becoming more like Him.
It also helps me think about stewardship. What am I doing with the life I've been given? How am I caring for my body, my family, and my mind so I can be capable of doing the work He may ask me to do?
My prayer is that something here helps someone who needs it. Maybe it helps a woman understand what is happening in her body. Maybe it helps a mother feel less alone. Maybe someone finds a piece of information that brings hope. If God can use what I have learned to bless even one of His children, then this work has meaning far beyond a website. This is not a monument to me.
It is a tool in His hands.

I believe in Jesus Christ. I believe He is the Son of God, the Savior and Redeemer of the world. I believe He lives. I have felt His strength in suffering, His peace in uncertainty, and His ability to carry us through things we could not carry alone.
I know I could not have walked through some of the experiences of my life without Him. And I know I cannot build what I hope to build without Him either.
So I dedicate this work to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I pray that I will have the humility to follow where He leads, the courage to change, and the wisdom to recognize that any good accomplished through this work ultimately belongs to Him. Most of all, I pray that what I create here will bless His children.
I Say these things in the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Amen
