What is the 90-Day Reset?
The 90-Day Reset is a structured, educational wellness program designed to help you stop chasing symptoms and start supporting your body’s root needs. Rather than quick fixes or extremes, this reset follows a thoughtful, three-phase approach—Prepare, Cleanse, and Renew—that works with your body’s natural rhythms to build lasting wellness.
Over the course of 90 days, you’ll learn how to nourish your cells, support digestion and detox pathways, and create space for your body to restore and renew itself. Each phase builds on the one before it, which is why consistency and order matter more than perfection.
Before watching the video below, please download the provided resources and handouts. These materials are designed to help you follow along, take notes, and fill things out as we go. Having them in front of you will make this experience more interactive, personalized, and valuable.

The 3 Phases
The doTERRA 90-Day Reset is structured into three intentional phases that build on one another over time. Each phase focuses on a different aspect of foundational wellness, allowing the body to adjust gradually rather than all at once. As you move through the Prepare, Cleanse, and Renew phases, you’ll be supported with education, simple daily habits, and targeted product bundles designed to work together over the full 90 days. Below, you’ll find each phase broken out so you can easily follow along, watch the corresponding video, access resources, and order products when you’re ready.
